Artech aims to obtain complete, constructible and value engineered construction documents by providing preconstruction services in the initial development and design stages. Effectively performed preconstruction services provide a smooth construction process as well as better management of project risks.
Artech arranges a site visit to evaluate and discuss the construction to prepare a preliminary report for the client. We evaluate and analyse any issue that may effect the project such as zoning, soil chracteristics, storm water management, neighborhood, etc.
We review project requirements with owner, architect and  engineers and review drawings throughout the design stages. We prepare a preliminary budgeting schedule and update it based on design development.In time scheduling, We prepare a schedule for the entire project, analyze and update the schedule as required.We conduct a value engineering analysis including cost, construction feasibility, considerations relative to labor and material availability, and extent of off-site prefabrication. We develop construction documents in the last stage while most of the preconstruction services such as budgeting estimate,time scheduling, site logistics,design development, safety planning and constructability analysis are finalized.
